- It’s 1 box of butter scotch instant pudding mix.
- It’s 8 oz of whipped cream.
- Prepare 2 cup of milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
Easy Pumpkin Mousse step by step
- In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and mix with electric hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
- On low speed, mix in pie filling and cinnamon.
- Carefully fold in whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.
- You can garnish with a little fresh grated nutmeg.
