  1. Roast murmura,nuts and all the seeds on low flame till crunchy.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan add ghee, when ghee add jaggery and stir continuously till it expands & realises sweet smell add roasted murmura & all seeds and nuts together mix properly till binding form..
  3. Pour mixture in rectangular shape mould on butter paper so it Will be easy to unmould.Give cut with knife when little hot cool it completely.Healthy tasty tonic bars are ready to serve..
