Ingredients of Pumpkin Crunch Cake
- It’s 1 can of Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix.
- It’s 2/3 cup of (5 fl oz) Evaporated Milk.
- You need 2 large of Eggs.
- Prepare 1 box of Yellow Cake Mix.
- You need 1 cup of Chopped Nuts of your choice.
- You need 1 1/2 block of Butter or Margarine, melted.
Pumpkin Crunch Cake step by step
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease 13×9 pan.
- Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs.
- Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of pumpkin mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over dry cake mix.
- Pour melted butter/margarine evenly over nuts and dry cake mix.
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 min.
